CIECA International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Forum

This project was the International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Forum, co-hosted by the International Economic Cooperation Association of the ROC and the Bureau of Foreign Trade. It brought together government representatives, industry leaders, and experts from Taiwan, the Netherlands, and Switzerland to discuss hydrogen industry trends amid the global energy transition—a high-level summit tasked with showcasing Taiwan's hydrogen and fuel cell strength internationally, and demanding flawless execution.

The forum's hybrid on-site and online format was its defining challenge: opening remarks alternated between in-person and remote speakers, and content combined live interpretation, live streaming, and pre-recorded video across all three countries. This required precise rehearsals, connection testing, and closely coordinated multi-station control room operations to keep every speaker feed and on-screen visual flawless.

DOING ran multiple rounds of technical rehearsals and cross-border connection tests, deployed live videography to capture key moments, and structured clear role division to keep the paperless, digital proceedings running smoothly—then delivered post-production editing to extend the forum's value for ongoing publicity.
