Southeast Asian cultural elements ran throughout the venue design, from the welcome entrance to the interactive atrium zone, featuring rattan vessels, banana leaves, and native Southeast Asian plants to create an immersive cultural atmosphere. Embossed maps, touchscreens, and QR-code interactions transformed brand messaging into engaging experiences. A coffee station served Southeast Asian specialty drinks such as Vietnamese iced coffee and coconut coffee, paired with a photo booth, giving attendees space to connect informally beyond the formal agenda — fully integrating the event's cultural theme with brand identity.
