SAP GC Year End Party
SAP Taiwan combined its year-end celebration with a festive Christmas atmosphere to create an exclusive appreciation event for employees — a brand marketing activity designed to strengthen both brand identity and team cohesion. From concept development to venue flow and event details, every element centered on elevating the employee experience.
The event's standout feature was its "festive market" spatial design: the office was transformed into a series of themed stalls, offering a mix of Western fine-dining catering alongside local favorites such as tang yuan in sweet soup, slow-cooked chicken soup noodles, Japanese dango, assorted egg tarts, and handmade beverages — catering to diverse tastes. A calligraphy master was also invited to write Spring Festival couplets live, with a DIY writing station set up for employees, blending traditional New Year culture with corporate celebration in the event's most engaging interactive segment. The birthday moment featured a custom SAP-branded urn-shaped cake, seamlessly integrating brand identity into the event's visual details.
On the execution side, the planning covered venue flow, catering timing, on-site stall setup, and staff coordination — reflecting a fully integrated, one-stop approach to corporate event planning. Through thorough site surveys and run-of-show rehearsals in advance, the event ran smoothly from start to finish, allowing every employee to feel the company's care and warmth throughout. The result stands as a successful case in planning and executing corporate annual celebrations, year-end parties, and employee gatherings — combining creativity with strong execution.
