This year-end gala took inspiration from Top Gun, casting SAP's team as elite pilots leading the company's digital transformation—professionals who stay sharp under pressure and lead their teams to victory. A military-style visual theme, a fighter-jet photo backdrop, and dress code suggestions like aviator sunglasses and flight jackets brought the concept to life, turning the event from a routine gathering into a brand experience that conveyed corporate values and strengthened team spirit.

On execution, the team designed the check-in flow, stage, and LED visual setup, along with interactive games such as "Team Relay," "Lucky Bingo Star," and "Top PK Challenge," plus the "SAP Star Search" singing competition to energize the crowd, supported by a live keyboardist for dynamic pacing. A complete set of event collateral—from key visuals and photo backdrops to table cards and raffle tickets—ensured every detail was covered.
