Wistron ITS Family Day

Built around an "Animal Adventure" theme, the event invited employees and families to learn about wildlife conservation through interactive challenges — treasure-hunt puzzles, tangrams, giant Tetris, cup-stacking, and safe face painting — strengthening both colleague and family bonds. On stage, lucky draws, a kickoff ceremony, and a grand prize draw kept the energy high, hosted by an emcee with experience at SK-II events and the Ocean Music Festival.

Check-in ran smoothly for nearly 800 guests through a zoned ticket-redemption system with dedicated help desks. The team also handled full venue layout, crowd-flow planning, and signage production, plus public liability insurance and an emergency SOP covering both minor and serious incidents — keeping the outdoor event fun and safe.

From concept and design to ticketing, check-in, staffing, and risk management, the team's execution turned a corporate family day into a lasting memory — showcasing deep expertise in corporate event planning and exhibition management.
