LEADER INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE Annual Banquet

LEADER INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE hosted its annual celebration to bring together employees from Taipei and Taoyuan and welcome the year ahead. DOING provided end-to-end event services, from concept development and venue flow planning to event setup, creating a sophisticated experience that strengthened team spirit.

Inspired by Taiwan’s victory in the World Baseball Classic, the event adopted the baseball-themed concept **“TEAM BV, WIN TOGETHER,”** symbolizing employees from Beitou and Taoyuan coming together as one team to achieve shared success. The theme was carried throughout the visual design, opening performance, and interactive activities, transforming the annual celebration into an engaging expression of corporate culture.

DOING curated interactive experiences including a smart cocktail station, instant photo printing, a cheering wall, and a team quiz, while carefully coordinating the band and event host to create a dynamic event flow. From the key visual and photo backdrops to more than 16 customized production items, DOING delivered a fully integrated event solution from concept to execution.
