Given the complexity of cross-border connectivity, DOING managed the full setup of a live-streaming platform, ensuring stable communication between speakers and attendees across regions while delivering a paperless conference experience.

The project's key challenge was coordinating multiple time zones and connection quality across countries within a tight timeframe. DOING ran multiple rehearsals beforehand, checking each speaker's video, audio, and slide transitions to keep the symposium running precisely on schedule — reflecting the standard of a high-level corporate summit.

Beyond platform setup, DOING provided full audiovisual recording of the event and delivered edited footage afterward, allowing the association to reuse highlights for promotion, archiving, or training materials.
