AIA Taiwan Awards Convention

Doing Marketing built the event around "AIA LIVE TV" as its core theme, drawing inspiration from the global wave of reality TV shows to cast every employee as the star of the show. A dedicated livestream-frame photo booth and red-themed backdrop were created on-site, paired with a TV-frame stage design that made every performance feel like a large-screen reality spectacle. Two opening performance concepts were proposed—a robot squad show or a diabolo theater performance—offering either a tech-and-light aesthetic or a fantasy-epic style, injecting a summit-level sense of spectacle and ceremony into the event and showcasing the depth of creative visual storytelling in event production and staging.

From opening to the awards segment, the pacing was carefully structured: playful warm-up games loosened up attendees and eased them into the mood before the formal program began; the awards segment then incorporated a digitalized Lucky Bingo mechanic, while the entrance of each top-performer was elevated with custom video montages and theme music, giving every honoree a personal spotlight moment. The mid-program lineup—featuring a singing contest and live band performances—kept the energy varied and well-paced throughout the night.

From thematic concept and stage design to audience engagement, Doing Marketing delivered a complete corporate annual conference planning workflow, helping AIA create a recognition gala that balanced entertainment value with brand identity—setting a benchmark case for corporate anniversary events and year-end party planning.
